Help us tell the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) that endless dredging on the lower Snake River, at the cost of millions of dollars to the American taxpayer, is unacceptable. The agency is accepting public comments on its Final Environmental Impact Statement until September 22. Read the action alert.
Earlier this week, we joined allies in filing a 60-day Notice of Intent to sue Wildlife Services over their plan to keep killing thousands of mammals and fish in the state of Idaho. Learn more about this rogue agency buried in secrecy within the Department of Agriculture.
Lastly, we are working with our ally Wilderness Watch in trying to protect imperiled bull trout and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness from a potential expansion of the Fish Lake airstrip. Read more about this rare adfluvial population of bull trout.
Hope to see you at one of the 50th Anniversary Wilderness Act events!
